High-efficiency balers for cardboard recycling

Big cardboard boxes piling up in your warehouse? Explore how a baler for cardboard can transform your space.

The challenge of cardboard waste

Unbroken cardboard boxes take up valuable space in your warehouse, facility, or storage space.

Unbroken cardboard boxes can significantly compromise the safety and efficiency of a workspace. Large, intact boxes not only consume valuable floor space, but they also create obstacles that can hinder movement and increase the risk of accidents. Additionally, the manual task of breaking down these boxes is time-consuming and can lead to inefficiencies in workflow.

Investing in a vertical baler presents a transformative solution for internal logistics. A vertical baler efficiently compacts whole cardboard boxes, eliminating the need to manually break them down. This not only frees up space and streamlines operations but also enhances safety by reducing clutter and potential hazards.

By incorporating a vertical baler into your operations, you can ensure a safer, more efficient work environment, thereby optimising productivity and minimizing risks. This makes the investment in such a machine not only wise but essential for maintaining a competitive edge in handling and recycling waste materials efficiently.

Never break down a cardboard box again

Vertical balers for cardboard operate best by loading unbroken cardboard into the chamber, which allows the ram to compress it more densely together, creating a more uniform, stable bale. The denser compression enhances the overall recyclability, and with the tightly packed bales, transportation costs are reduced, and recycling facilities can process the material more efficiently.

So why struggle with breaking down cardboard boxes when you can streamline your process with our vertical balers? Experience the difference today and revolutionize the way you manage cardboard waste.

Recommended balers for cardboard

These machines feature uniquely sized feed openings to accommodate unusually shaped waste. For example, our largest baler, the B6030, has a 60 x 24-inch feed opening and can compact a 65-inch widescreen TV box without any folding required.

These balers boast chambers at least twice the size of standard models and produce bales that are 2.5 times larger than those made by other machines. Regardless of the type and size of materials being compacted, these balers are equipped with an automatic bale ejection function to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Customise your baler door

Our balers can be equipped with two types of doors: our standard manual swing doors or vertical, semi-automatic doors.

The semi-automatic door (SD) guarantees high efficiency, speed and convenience of use. The door opens automatically, which makes filling the baler much easier. The door remains open at all times allowing operators to add waste to the chamber at any time.

The SD door only needs to be closed manually after loading and is reopened automatically.
